1. Brand Representation & Integrity
- Affiliates must promote Aegean Olive products authentically and align with our luxury, natural, and sustainable brand image.
- Content should reflect high-quality aesthetics and fit seamlessly with our brand’s commitment to natural beauty.
- Misrepresentation or misleading claims about ingredients, benefits, or results is strictly prohibited.
2. Ethical Promotion Practices
- Honest Reviews: Affiliates must provide genuine testimonials and only promote products they have personally used.
- No False Claims: Avoid making exaggerated promises about results or benefits.
- No Spam: Avoid excessive promotions, mass messaging, or intrusive sales tactics.
3. Approved Marketing Channels
- Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and personal blogs are encouraged.
- Websites & Blogs: Content should be well-designed and professional.
- Email Marketing: Allowed only if emails comply with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
- Paid Ads: Direct bidding on "Aegean Olive" branded keywords is not allowed.
4. Prohibited Promotion Methods
- No engagement in fake reviews, misleading sponsorships, or clickbait tactics.
- No association with low-quality, spam, or inappropriate websites.
- No resale or unauthorized discount promotions without approval.
5. Commission & Payout Policy
- Affiliates will receive a percentage of each valid sale made through their unique link or promo code.
- Fraudulent or self-referral sales will not be counted.
- Payments will be made via PayPal on a monthly basis.
6. Compliance & Removal
- Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program.
- Aegean Olive reserves the right to review and update guidelines as needed.
